  2.  @art4everlife811  I was kidding, criticizing prez Joe instead.. I think Chicago's dead people have always voted more enthusiastically than in other US cities.. my family is from it, and I spent the early 90s growing up with there, last time crime was way up, seeing gunfights at Cabrini green lon the way home from friends places, hearing my family explain it with gangster stories from the 1920s and 30s (grandparent's uncles had to buy booze from Capone or their restaurant was burned to the ground). Love the place but always kinda wild (at least it's fireproof).

  3. Also, Chicago area has been notorious for "least information" voters for 5 decades, in that plenty no longer live when choosing these officials.. Sad!
