  1. If you look at the unique wording of the RussianChinese energy agreement at the last Winter Olympics, which had nothing to do with energy, you will see the nature of their relationship. Photos of that meeting are great for underlining this point. I would repeat it here, but the comment disappears, as per this platforms unfortunate support for evil, ever since they dropped that motto, but very heavily here recently..
