To say he was simply fleeing pursuit ignores him accelerating when he was lined up with the parade route, as video proves. Video didn't convince anyone that Kyle was innocent, so unlikely to convince you this guy was guilty, but he has been charged with intentional homicide so the judicial system, luckily, can't ignore it.
