  5.  @Frank-nh9fe  disagree, each bad experience is cumulative in the customer's mind, once or twice may be forgivable, but if the expectation is a similar mess, different destination planning begins, either Ikon or independent.. what do you think everyone in that line was muttering about? ParkCity was bound to be a problem because they were giving out cheap annual passes to locals and Salt Lake schools for awhile, before the purchase by Vail..
