@IdleByte China funded the Black Panthers in the 1960s, and today, through multiple she'll organizations, funds the Black Futures Lab, Liberty Road, etc which in turn fund BLM. But really, you have already proven my point, that your "right to not be offended" is more important than ANYTHING else is absurd. Narcissism and self worship taking the place of education and who benefits? China. If necessary change the plaque at the base and move on, but if you simply lash out against inanimate art objects you will be judged harshly by history, or perhaps.. censored from it altogether. Ask the Tibetans, Uighers, Mongolians, well.. if they haven't been fully genocided already by then, as you whine about ghosts and feelings.

@IdleByte Soooooo... You think BLM being funded by the same princeling mafia that perpetrated the Cultural Revolution.... Wherein they destroyed "the four olds", has NO relevancy to tearing down statues in the US? You argue that only idiots cannot distinguish between North from South, when it has been less than a year since Thomas Jefferson, Ulysses S Grant, George Washington statues were vandalized and removed, even Abe Lincoln's monuments, and stunningly, the statue of Hans Christian Heg was tossed in the lake, an abolitionist who formed militias to hunt down slave-catchers. Yet you have faith in books, which are now 90% printed in China and thus already censored (see how they did this with map production and now Taiwan no longer appears as an independent nation anywhere). If you missed this part in the link I sent, check it again, then consider what drives the wokeness to such destructive extremes. Nevermind, here it is... " It is precisely the nature of United Front work to seek influence through connections that are difficult to publically prove and to gain influence that is interwoven with sensitive issues such as ethnic, political, and national identity, making those who seek to identify the negative effects of such influence vulnerable to accusations of prejudice."
