Exactly, dwelling on looks instead of actions is BS because it removes meritocracy from success, and when that becomes normalized as a nation, that nation will fail an likely be enslaved by a country that believes in merit based advancement. China is counting on this and sponsors BLM through its United Front organizations (Liberty Road in this case), so that they can do exactly that, subjugate North America (check into how they treat ethnically different people in their own borders for a glimpse of what's in store for the rest of us).
