Supply chain protection is important to overall costs, materials to production will face subsidized competition from abroad (China), which actively tries to sink US industry that could support defense industry, steel alloys for example.. I'm in favor of using the same company that builds prison bathrooms to do the interior of the park building, and yes, preserve existing interesting architecture where possible, move fascias to save them if not, and create tough historical beautiful spaces and preserve value of dollar by maintaining its security, logistically and technologically.
