  4. @peterp4037  they are best for winter only, as any warmer temperatures reduce their lifespan drastically, a character flaw of very top tier snow capability. I have Michelins for all other uses, even some X-ice on an X-drive, but the Sprinter wears year round Nokians, so I don't take my own advice.. Nokians are made from earth friendlier materials, too, as well as great winter performance

  5. @JebusHypocristosX  some people wait too long to change them back to all seasons and don't realize how much damage it does, unfortunately.. Nokian makes nice all-seasons that are of course great in snow, and I've used them for decades on vans despite the Michelin Defenders being arguably better in handling and longevity.. nothing from China is the most important thing, as putina learned the hard way when his convoy was frozen to the ground on its way to Kiev, tearing rubber on move out and ending the dream of 3 day victory 😄👍
