Safe neighborhoods are indeed gaining value, paritcularly for families, who will invest in the future of that community and prioritize the education of their families friends AND neighbors, over self indulgent short term excess. Boomers hating their parent's post WW2 stoicism sold out those values, and promoted such ideals, advertised them, globally with satellites and internet, attracting w false promise a pyramid scheme they milked.. GenX will write the book if Chyyyna allows it. (Nope).
