  1. Dad carried the this in NM in the 80s because it was 18+1 mag. Still have it, but not with the cool holster stock of automation, of course.. 2200 rounds per minute was intense in 3 red bursts, muzzle rize is minimal.. fired the auto once and was amazed at the upgrade, but HKs own MP5 in smallest form was so good it buried this rig in obscurity. With Blitz Action Trauma bullets, ability to keep one in the chamber with its heavy initial trigger pull, still a winner in those days.. no need of a safety aside from lawyers in the US. Interesting to note, HK hired Gaston Glock to assist with polymer construction because he had fielded a fantastic trenching shovel already from Austria using same polymer. Well after finishing, Glock learned enough to borrow the striker fired feature, full auto option, and cold hammer forged etc to deliver the G17 later. Great vid, thanks, 🍻

  2. Hk ump45 would be better comparo, though less quality than mp5, its newer and and has 2 rnd burst, flexi plastic
