@Malcolm.Y it was widely reported by the mainstream media as them siging a letter that read "There is no evidence that it is real" and "our opinion is that it isn't real and has all the characteristics of a typical Russian psyop, to support a candidate who has been blackmailed by Putin with a tape of hotel hookers peeing on him" If you are correct, it certainly wasn't reported any other way, and was specifically repeated by leaders like Adam Schiff and Hillary, who incessantly quoted "the 51 intelligence agents" as evidence that it was true, well after we understood it was all a fantasy written by ex British MI6 agent Christopher Steele, who Hillary paid to write and distribute it, and then called on the 51 to substantiate it. From this perspective, you must agree they, at best, failed their oath as unbiased agents of the intelligence community, and the misdirection enabled self-stated enemy nations to prosper as a result, which equals treason imo
