@censorbleep3018 it's an option to live there as well, of course, which would indeed be cool for some folks (none I trust).. but that you can leave anytime underscores the tranquil nature of our system, as compared to theirs, which is likely requiring complicated lease terms to control high rates of apartment occupancy turnover..

@da4127 disagreement, unobtrusive swoosh sound of maglev or pneumatic tech allows for this style infrastructure, quiet and fumes free, but why fawn over 100 year old technology and poor urban planning? Paris metro runs on rubber tires so much of the sound and vibration is removed, and they opened it in 1900

@Steve-ev6vx right, and I'd guess the heaviest penalties in apartment lease contract violation in the US is for places with subtle insanity driving issues, not first realized to be so.. of course Disneyland is expensive and only the very wealthy live in resorts, but it is not uncommon in retired elite circles to live in established Hotels, just in NY alone its common. Renting a palatial lifestyle with no strings connected
