  1. Truth about US prison system problems with privatization, but current crime wave helped by prison's loss of deterrent factor.. so.. Liberia has need for cash and a scary prison system, let's pay them to house repeat violent offenders, and use prison fishing ships to transport them, feeding inmates as they are moved back and forth. Also give them LSD en route to be sure they gain empathy.. eh?
