  2. @Wrulol operationally it maintains variable orbit for 2 years at a time, and then, when needed, changes vector on a dime for a pinpoint strike from anywhere in minutes, at hypersonic speeds.. so you are correct, if its the 2nd half of a UAL rocket sitting in its hanger, however..
