@John Bruce .. Every country has a leader, whether it’s a Trump, a Biden, a Macron or whatever. Most countries, however, do not have a further layer above that. Royals aren’t even supposed to be political. Therefore, we have an extra, superfluous, hugely parasitic level of ‘governance’. Unnecessary, unelected, unwanted.

@John Bruce .. PS - and please don’t tell me that they bring the country so much money through tourism a) More people go to visit Versailles now than in the past. Why? Because they can actually walk all through. The fact that the French Royals are not there is an advantage in that respect. And, b) If these parasites have their way there won’t be any travel or tourism for anyone… their WEF buddies will see to that.
