  1. Kievans are lucky that Russia clearly doesn’t want or need to wreak destruction - They could level any city from a Goddamn long way off, if it wanted. I feel that they simply want to scupper US plans in the region, rid it of Nazis and genocidic bio weapons, and make it politically neutral towards Russia.
