  2.  @VioletEmerald  exactly, I always say take care to people when I wish them well. I guess people like me use it so often we fail to appreciate that perhaps some folk are unfamiliar with the expression perhaps?

  3. Don’t know that anything I can say will help but I just want to send you my warmest wishes to you for you to find the help that you need with your mental health struggles. I have issues myself with ADHD a and depression but it’s nothing compared to what you are going through, just so want you to know that people care about you and sending you love and kindness xx❤
