  3. It’s none of the above because electron flow is contiguous it’s like a row of railway carriages except there is no inertia so when the first one moves all of the electrons in the wire move simultaneously

  4. This phenomenon occurs with electronic oscillators and can be an absolute sod to stop without using buffer amplifiers and filtering the supply at the source of the oscillator other wise they will self synchronise through loosely coupled elements
