I don’t understand why these corporate arseholes never go straight to court ? If it was a member of the public or a lowly PO a employee the police would have investigated and sent the prosecution case to CPS abut these high flyers only have to give account to a committee and even if found to be at fault it’s only their role that they held at the time that seems to take the punishment and not the individual,. It’s like they hid behind a corporate invisibility cloak. They always come out smelling of roses and a few years later they head another committee as CEO air a chief advisor … jobs for the boys or in this case… the in crowd.
