Morning Vanessa I’m just starting to watch your videos from start to finish… you have really started an interest in poetry … I’m suddenly aware of lots of memory’s and emotions that I want to write down… I think poetry is the way and I totally get the connection between mindfullness and poetry and nature… it’s beautiful… thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us all xx
