  1. Absolutely profound and this is absolutely for me at this moment in my life. I have become consumed by depression and negativity … I can’t lift myself out of it, it would be foolish to try that … don’t ever tell someone to cheer up when they are depressed … like putting your head in a lions mouth. So if I stop trying to find happiness by following a course of action, instead, maybe start by looking around me and become aware of others needs … avoid the guilt trap… do something because YOU choose to…. Don’t fall into the excuse trap of avoiding … I guess it’s “choosing” and not always knowing how you can achieve but choose to accept the challenge…?

  2. I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine anything worse than the loss of a daughter or son … even with my two wonderful adult sons I worry about the, all the time so I can only imagine the magnitude of your grief. Only a parent can understand this. I wish you peace ❤
