  1. Thank you this is very helpful. I think it’s a natural trap to fall into, as I am learning to live in a positive realm, it’s so easy to get all so excited and want to shout it from the rooftops and then realise not everyone gets it and one adds fuel to the negative publicity that people see when positivity is mentioned..
