You speak to the majority of the people over here who have received treatment and you will see people who love the NHS, yes it’s underfunded and overstretched but it has something that your system in the US doesn’t have and that’s integrity and balls and the willingness to overstep the call of duty because the doctors and nurses in our NHS love the people they care for.
