  1. Ukraine claims to have captured a Russian Officer. Officer states the plan is to flatten parts of Ukraine to make it useless, other parts to drive out all civilians so the military can move in to stay and then move Russians from Russia in. ***Gee...almost sounds like they want to burn it down and build back better...where have I heard that before?
