Killed or mortally wounded (died later of wounds inflicted) at the scene of a crime during apprehension. 3. Under the influence at the time. 4. Killed or mortally wounded by a white (male) police officer. Since none of this gentleman's tragedy meet the requirements listed above, then to BLM his life didn't matter, their sponsors, Jesse Jackson, nor to Al Sharpton or any of the DNC Representatives in D.C. So rest assured black businesses and neighborhoods will not be looted, burned down, nor any of their black owners will be assaulted in honor of this man's passing.
