@pohmoh3590 Worked in England. Outlaw guns. Then knife attacks skyrocketed. Outlaw knives. Then people had acid thrown in their faces. A couple of European countries with the fewest and rarest gun related crimes are also countries with the fewest gun restrictions...as well as a demographic difference. Most pro gun states in America also have the fewest gun related problems. The exceptions are because of anti gun blue cities that do have restrictions and the corresponding higher crime...again some demographics are also in the equation.

As a Democrat I will send prayers and good wishes. I will also fight future gun violence by reducing police who help stop crimes, By giving no or low bail to violent offenders with immediate release back to the streets. And I will impose Red Flag laws that will not be used to confiscate firearms from known gang members or drug dealers. As well I will open the borders to allow all criminals from other parts of the world to enter.

But since most msss shootings are actually done by politically left leaning people, maybe that should be looked into. You should educate yourself on the definition with mass shooting and take a careful historical look at who does them before responding.

Gun rights don't mean the right to commit a crime. 60-70% of all failed criminal actions is because the criminal ran up against a would be victim who was carrying a firearm. Meanwhile the progressives do nothing to stop gang violence or illicit drug deaths. The side that wants to ban guns in the name of saving children is also the side that wants to abort children. The side who demand trans women rights still can't define what a woman is. Four of the last five most publicized school/work shootings were done by a leftist trans supportong anti gun member. And pro gun States and Cities still have lower gun crime than the anti gun ones do.

But if only the Democrats didn't push defunding the police, didn't release violent criminals with low or no bail, if they didn't open the borders to foreign criminals, if they didn't support illicit drug use....and the list goes on and on. Maybe we should have common sense automobile laws and controls who can buy an automobile to stop drunk drivers? How about we stop encouraging drug users with free needles?
