  1. How this should have been handled. Police Chief says the word riot. Reporter says don't say that/don't use that word. Police Chief should ask reporter if he was there. If the reporter says no, then tell him to shut up/quit interring when their questions are being answered. If the reporter says yes, then tell him he's under arrest for participating in a riot...just because you're a member if the press, it still doesn't give you the right to participate in illegal activities...if they're innocent the judge will let them go later on.
