  1. This is so stupid. All they have to do is bring in the NATO charter rules and obligations. Change the date. Change NATO TO EATO (european atlantic treay organization). Erase the countries names and let each European Country wanting to join just write their name in the blank spots. Basically, just creat a damn new alliance.
