@thelemon5069 Definition of a mass shooting. Four or more people shot in one incident. Incident is a crime. It's non discriminated in the, who is the shooter. Example. Two gang members get high on narcotics. They do a drive by, open fire and SCRATCH a person crossing the street with a fired bullet. Half an hour later they shoot another person in the leg in a drive by. Since it's a drive by and they continue to drive around (even hours later) it's still classified as one incident with a gap of time and location. Now the police get a good description and identify the shooters three hours later, during the stop the two gang members get shot by the police. You have now reached the magical four people shot in one incident. Here is even another example. Four drunk guys in a car run a red light, police gives chase and pulls over the car. One person presents a weapon (maybe a knife) a fight breaks out and the officer shoots all four people. Still goes in the crime statistics as a mass shooting.
