I'm still awaiting the rest of the story. Don't get me wrong, nothing will condone the actions of those officers. But there is always more to the story. But I can tell you some factors to how this could ever happen. Defunding the police and demonizing the police created. ---fewer officers that in turn creates more burn out. ---less actual training and direct supervision from the top to monitor suspected or suspicious behavior. ---pay and benefits that don't keep up with the times and lower opinion of police make fewer better qualified candidates. ---BLM & NAACP convincing everyone that some how that black officers were superior to white officers and only they (black officers) can connect with black neighborhoods. Historically the best police teams of units are actually those composed of mix races and genders.
