  2. Biden administration is trying to create a win-win scenario just before elections. If Russia does NOT attack then the administration with boust it's diplomacy ability. If Russia DOES attack, they say "we told you so" and blame it all on Conservatives and Pro Trumpers. Always accusing Trump of being Pro Russian even though he bombed the Russians and their base in Syria a few years ago.
