And Biden continues to buy millions of gallons of oil from Russia, supporting their economy.

  3. Russia trying to keep destruction down. You can't take over something and expect the people to support you if you don't rebuild it. Russia also knows what the world outcry will be if they start machine gunning down civilians, regardless if they are resisting or not. Back in Russia, mass anti war protests started...that will affect some Russian Soldiers motivation. Ukraine resistance not over or under performing... technically untested. Have to see how they react once mass casualties from direct contact starts.
