  3. @Dr. Moxley Research this. CNN admits Army PSYOP worked at CNN Headquarters in Atlanta. It's illegal for military Psychological Operations to be used against civilians of this country, but CNN did it under the approval of one Bill Clinton. And for those who don't know. PSYOP is the art of information manipulation to persuade the people to believe or react a certain way.
