  2. I'm tired of systemic racism too. I can't tell you the number of times over the decades I see how non whites get additional hiring points on Federal applications, the numerous additional benefits for college or trade school tuition for being a non white male. White clubs or groups not allowed, all male organizations not allowed but all non white single race or all female organizations fully acceptable. Basically white males being punished for winning the civil war and ensuring all races will start to be treated as equals.
