So when a school purposely hides information from the parents. When hospitals and family doctors are not required to share information with the parents. When EMTs and the police are not obligated to share information with the parents. Its still the parents fault for not knowing everything goung on in their child's life.

@tabithawinkler793 First responders, hospital staff, family doctors, and teachers are not required, and sometimes restricted, from sharing child issues with the parents. But if a parent conceals information about their child to those I just mentioned, it's child neglect or abuse for care. So explain how it's the parents fault?
