@masonkanterbury3007 Maybe you should encourage billionaires to quit donating hundreds of millions of dollars to charity each year so they can't claim those as tax free contributions... there's your extra few dollars of tax money. I'm pretty sure the politicians will only spend that extra tax money on mental health care...what do you think?

And if the suspect was released and killed someone else, everyone would be crying where are the police. The solution is not always an easy one. Where does law breakers rights stop and when is law enforcement out of their jurisdiction? I will predict the officers don't get prosecuted due to department procedures and requirements. You can't be a law enforcement officer if you don't follow the city, county, or States rules and you can't be a law enforcement officer when things like this happen. I'm not condoning nor blaming.
