  1. I had to watch the video twice. In the very beginning the reporter stated he identified himself as a Correctional Officer Lieutenant. But then the actual person states he's a clerk. He has no access to keys, he does not wear a uniform and if assaulted he does not get legal protection like an actual Deputy or Correctional Officer. Then, in the interview, the reporter stated the Sheriff warned him he can't misrepresent himself as an Officer. So reporter...did he or did he not (misrepresent) himself as a Corrections Lieutenant? Yes, he admitted he did it in the heat of the moment... The sheriff needs to CORRECT that problem immediately. And if he oversees multiple departments how does he have time to be present at intake?
