  1. Last week they reported a spike in COVID in Madison County. They reported an increase from 24 cases per 100,000 people to over a hundred cases per 100,000 people. Odd thing is, the ENTIRE county is just barely above 12,000 people as a population with the largest city less than 4k people. Must be that new math at work again 🤔🤷 Anyway, REAL math breaks their statement down this way. 120 covid cases per 100k = 15 people max for that particulars county.
