  4. It's a tough call. Anti gun pro leftist prosecutors will ask you to prove your life was endangered, not feel (like they do) but prove. Then they'll claim your loss of possessions isn't an excuse for taking a life or attempting to take a life, even though you lost part of your life if they do take your possessions or hurt you. They will get out on low or no bail, you might be denied bail. They often have no family or job to lose. You most likely do. Either way, the Democratic policies that created this are not in your favor.
