She is still working on reallocation of some $4million from the police budget (defunding) to other projects. 3. The police are criminalized by the same government institution that hired them, trained them, and pays them, while career criminals and repeat felons are treated as miss understood heros. Police are going on 12 hour shifts because of 150 vacancies.
