@MysterDoktor That's why you're supposed to teach children not to lick fences. EPA came out and stated asbestos is safe if it has a protective coating like waxed floors or a sealant over it. No different than for lead based paint. All they are going to do is rip down the old fence and if they don't resell it to some poor unexpected victim then it goes to a landfill to contaminate the ground water.
