IT'S NEARLY 70% of crimes come to an immediate halt before police arrive because of a good guy with a gun. It's more likely that crime will increase in St.Louis, and the statistics comparison comes from NYC, Chicago, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco etc. The village idiots are disarming the non criminals while the criminals continue to ignore the law.
