  1. So if someone steals something that contains a logo of some company, throw it out on the highway, and some hits it... Then the company of the logo is now responsible for being a victim of vandalism or theft? Yes I know it's far fetched but still, prove it didn't happen. More realistic is a company logo being picked up as trash and then flying out of a trash truck going down the highway.
