  1. #1. The law only affects NEW anti gun laws at Federal Level. #2. It ONLY prevents police in collaborating "WITH THE" Feds in enforcing illegal anti 2A laws. #3. If you don't understand the law OR if don't know the difference between City, State, and Federal laws...then maybe you should find a new profession. #4. If you're a police chief and don't know how to pick up a phone to call Jefferson City to clarify a particular situation, then you're less qualified than I am.
