Over 9 billion stolen by non U.S. citizens who didn't even live in the U.S. Just one of thousands of waste, fraud, and abuse examples by Democrats. Last budget bill, over 63 billion ear marked for Ukraine, but the law stated a program/funding has to be pulled from other pre-approved sources. Democrats pulled all of it from the COVID assistance...so evidently the Democrats really don't care to help the people or they lied about the severity of the situation. Most likely, both. None the less, there went your money to help the homeless, be sure to thank your blue supporters for that.
