  1. If you get the First wave key, you will have access for alteast 8 months based on their diagram, which is $15/month, which is the same as basically every other popular/big MMO. It doesn't give you the access to the final game as well because the final game is also a subscription. 50 cents/day to play a game (in some form or another) doesn't seem like a big issue.
