And you know what, if that's good for you then kudos. We all aren't built for going the one speed. For example, I'm an endomorph, and I keep active to and run 3 times a week, including a 10k run (6.2 miles in old money). I don't run at the pace Lex does though. I've tried it and I just get injured. I run it a little slower, but still get the miles done and I have no injuries. I'm not saying Lex can't inspire people or they can't take something away from this, but there's too much BS in the world today about people feeling inadequate and trying keep up with other people. One major life lesson I have learned: run your own race. Don't try and run someone else's race. Do it in your own time and you'll still get there.

@Scorch428 I mean, being tired towards the end of a day like this is probably what you'd want. Productive day mixed with doing fun stuff, but also ready for bed.
