  1. Don't take dieting advice from people with no necks. Shaming does work for strong people, and it can help make people strong, as long as it doesn't go too far. I remember in 7th the word I used to be called for my weight. I had enough. I joined track, I joined football, I joined the military, and never when back to that BMI.
