  1. They didn’t rule it a suicide they ruled it accidental. I doubt the cops have anything to gain by covering it up if they had any evidence of foul play. She was clearly not in her right frame of mind and had a history of mental illness. Being young and alone in downtown LA is definitely stressful and can be dangerous. It’s a very odd case to say the least.
