That’s illegal lol would be awesome tho and I definitely see something happening like that but not until the next century so at least 80-100 years from now especially with overpopulation and water shortages mixed with mass pollution. Countries with the most water will be the wealthiest and be able to support floating cities as well as permanent habitations on places like the moon and Mars. Unfortunately/fortunately we’re born to early to witness science fiction play out right before our very eyes. Although it already is just on a much smaller scale.
